I offer individual therapy through telehealth for cliients in Arizona, only for adults ages 18+. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and objectives so you can get the tools you need to live the life you dream.
Rates.
Cost
The cost for an initial intake assessment and diagnostic evaluation is $200.
The cost for follow up individual counseling sessions is $160 per therapeutic hour (approximately 53 minutes).

Payment and Insurance
I accept HSA/FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of session.
I am in network with Aetna and United Health Care. I am able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement but I cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the services if I am out of network. Please call your insurance provider to find out whether you’re eligible for out of network benefits, and how their reimbursement process works as this will vary by insurance.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a $75 fee if you cancel your appointment and do not provide me with at least 48 hours notice and a full session fee if session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or you do not attend your scheduled appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.
